Refund of Value
If you made the payment for your order with a credit card and requested a refund of the amount paid, we will make the refund directly to the card. As soon as the returned product returns to our stock and passes through the quality analysis, we will send a refund request to your credit card administrator, who will process it within 2 subsequent invoices.
 
Refund/Reversal Period
Payment via Credit Card: If you paid for your order with a credit card and requested a refund/reversal of the amount paid, we will make the refund directly to the card. Products on Promotion
If it is necessary to exchange and/or return products purchased on promotion, the amount considered will be the one paid by the Consumer, not its original value.
 
Return Policy
 
Repentance
As per Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, if you repent of your purchase, you have up to 07 (seven) calendar days after receiving the merchandise to request a return for store credit or refund of the amount paid. Consider the following points before requesting the return:
 
1) The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition along with the original coupon, 1st copy of the invoice or DANFE with the reason for the return described on the back.
 
2) Products must have their original labels and seals intact.
 
3) The product must be sent in a sealed package that protects it adequately against damage during transport.
 
4) The product cannot show any damage or signs of use, washing, or modification by the customer.
 
5) The cost of return shipping will be ours, through authorization to post at a post office.
 
6) The returned product will undergo quality analysis by Mr.Ocky upon arrival at our distribution center. This analysis may take up to 03 business days from the arrival of the product. After analysis, you will be notified of the refund process.
 
Note: We reserve the right to refuse the return if the returned item(s) does not meet the above criteria, shows signs of use or damage (such as hem adjustments, scratches on accessories, washed piece, etc.). In this case, Mr.Ocky is exempt from accepting the return and will return the product to you without prior consultation.
